1. Download WP Admin Color SchemeS package file, extract wp-admin-color-schemes directory from ZIP file, upload it to WordPress Plugins directory '/wp-content/plugins/' or install plugin from Plugin panel in WordPress Dashboard.

2. Activate WP Admin Color Schemes via Plugin page.

3. Find new color schemes under Users > Your Profile > Admin Color Scheme.
