This plugin helps you find, understand, and begin fixing real accessibility issues. Use the accessibility checker to review common page-level issues like missing or poor image Alt text, contrast problems, unclear links, missing labels, headings, landmarks, and page structure, with issues highlighted on the front end so you can see where they appear.

Instead of masking problems with an overlay, this plugin helps you identify issues and make real improvements. It includes an easy-to-understand page-level accessibility checker for common WCAG issues, tools to find and add missing Alt text, a contrast ratio checker, an interactive accessibility checklist, free accessibility resources, and a built-in web accessibility course.

No account, email signup, credit card, or overlay gimmicks required, just install the plugin and start making meaningful accessibility improvements in WordPress.

Does this plugin make my site fully compliant?

No. It helps you find and fix common issues (especially missing image text alternatives) and learn accessibility fundamentals, but compliance still requires human review and manual testing.

What does the accessibility checker review?

The accessibility checker helps review common page-level issues, including headings, labels, color contrast, link text, image Alt text, and landmarks. It also includes a screen reader preview wand, issue location and code details, plus suggested fixes. Remember: automated checks are helpful, but they do not replace manual accessibility testing.

Is the web accessibility course included?

Yes, the first module and quiz of the course is available inside the plugin and is designed to help site owners and content teams understand what to fix and how to prioritize improvements.

What image text can I manage?

Alternative Text (Alt), Description, and Caption fields for images, including images already used on Posts and Pages.

Will this improve SEO too?

Adding accurate Alt text can help with image understanding and overall content quality. Avoid keyword stuffing and write Alt text that describes the image's purpose clearly.

Does it work with my theme or page builder?

It works through WordPress media and content usage. If your builder stores images in custom ways, results may vary.

Is there a Pro version?

Yes. The free plugin gives you practical tools to start improving accessibility inside WordPress. The Pro version is designed for users who want expanded features, additional guidance, and more advanced accessibility support inside the plugin. Visit: 508accessible.com/accessibility-wp-multi-tool

How do I get help with my WordPress accessibility?

Need help beyond the plugin? ClearPath Web Accessibility offers WordPress accessibility audits, remediation, PDF accessibility, VPAT/ACR support, and training. You can also request a free initial homepage accessibility review, to help understand where your site stands. Visit: 508accessible.com

What's the best way to use this plugin?

Start with a quick accessibility check → review the issues found → fix missing Alt text and image fields → check contrast → use the checklist → follow the course for long-term improvement.
