Tiled Gallery with Carousel allows you to display image galleries in a rectangular mosaic, square tiles, or a circular grid. It supports both the Classic Editor and the modern Gutenberg Block Editor natively (by extending the default WordPress Gallery block with custom layout settings).

Download the Plugin here. Extract the zip file and just drop the contents in the wp-content/plugins/ directory of your WordPress installation and then activate the Plugin from Plugins page.
