How I can add/remove social networks?

Yes. Use the filter hook siwce_social_links.

Example:

How I can add/change an icon image?

Use the filter hook siwce_icon_image_uri.

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/social-icons-for-wc-emails directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress.
