1. After download the plugin extract the zip file then upload into the wp-content/plugin directory folder
2. Then go to your WP admin area to activate this plugins
3. After active the plugin, You will see a default color in your admin area
4. Don't worry if you don't like this color , You can also add color yourself.
5. Simply go to "OT Admin Theme" menu bar from Admin Menu bar
