From your WordPress dashboard

1. Visit Plugins > Add New
2. Search for jQuery Latest News Ticker
3. Activate jQuery Latest News Ticker from your Plugins page.
4. Visit jQuery Latest News Ticker > Add New and create some news ticks. You can also adjust settings from there.
5. Publish your News Ticker.
6. After all the things done copy the short code from the right side and paste it within your post.

From WordPress.org

1. Download jQuery Latest News Ticker.
2. Upload the jQuery-latest-news-ticker directory to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc...)
3. Activate jQuery Latest News Ticker from your Plugins page.
4. Visit jQuery Latest News Ticker > Add New and create some news ticks. You can also adjust settings from there.
5. Publish your News Ticker.
6. After all the things done copy the short code from the right side and paste it within your post.
