This plugin will allow you to set a currency per form.

How do I set a custom currency for my form

Create a new form or edit an existing form. Go to the "Form Settings" options and in there choose the "Advanced" tab. There will be a dropdown labeled "Currency". Change the value to the desired currency for this form.
