How do I use the plugin?

1. Install the plugin;
2. Click on the menu item under Gravity Forms' menu called Forms. The link is named CF7 Import. This will take you to the importer page;
3. Choose a Contact Form 7 form from the dropdown menu
4. Click "Import from Contact Form 7"
5. The form should import!

Nope, sorry. Upgrade CF7 before using this plugin.
