Install from wordpress.org:

1. Go to Plugins > Add New.
2. Search for "Green Life Custom Scrollbar"
3. Install and Active it.
4. To customize scrollbar go to Settings > GL Scrollbar.

Install from ZIP file:

1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/plugin-name directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' screen in WordPress
3. Use Settings->GL Scrollbar screen to customize the plugin
