1. Download bpdev-username-availability-checker-x.y.z.zip , x.y.z are version numbers eg. 1.0.0
2. Extract the zip file
3. Upload bpdev-username-availability-checker to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory
4. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress
