1. Install this 'Embed Google Ads (AdWords) Codes on WooCommerce Plugin'.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

3. Get the relevant script from Google Ads:

4. In the WordPress admin panel go to settings > Google Ads Advertising menu.
5. Enter each code to the relevant field, and click Save.
